California Victims Rights Links
Here are a couple of links to information on California’s Victims’ Rights laws. Former Sonoma County district attorney Mike Mullins gave a presentation to the Sonoma County Bar Association on civil restitution in criminal cases. Here’s an article on his presentation in Santa Rosa last week. The National Crime Victim Law Institute has all the relevant law on California victims rights. And McGeorge Law School’s 1800victims.org hosts this list of Sonoma County resources for crime victims.
